Schoolboy Sports was started in 2010 to cover the Rogers football playoffs; Thanks to great sponsors and listeners, we have expanded multiple times, and we now partner with Academy, CTCS, Rogers, Salado, and Troy, carrying audio streams of all football games and occasional other sports as well. We also hope to start streaming video in the near future as well.
We love to work with the local school districts to promote the athletes, but also students who are interested in careers in media. We have partnered with UMHB and the local high schools to provide broadcasting and media experience to students.
All of our broadcasts are free to the schools and the listeners. We are able to do this through a wonderful network of sponsors.
